Information for Vendors

Wisconsin Handweavers presents Weave Wisconsin, the 2027 Midwest Weavers Conference, June 6–13, 2027 at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin (located 35 minutes west of Milwaukee and an hour east of Madison).

Vendors will be notified of acceptance by July 30, 2026, and invoices will be sent.

Please note: The application deadline has been extended to July 15, 2026. The sales start time has changed from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Vendor sales will be promoted to the public on both days.

If you have already submitted an application, please note the changes. There is no need to reapply.

General Information

  • Three full-day pre-conference workshops will be offered Monday through Wednesday, June 7–9. Half-day, one-day, and two-day conference workshops will be offered Friday through Saturday, June 11–12.

  • We expect approximately 40 vendor spaces to be available.

  • Booth sizes are 10’ x 10’, with a cost of $300.

  • Electricity will be available. Vendors will need to bring their own extension cords.

  • Tables and chairs are included in the vendor booth fee.

  • Vendors will be located in the Campus Center at Carroll University. The Campus Center houses the dining hall, and we expect strong foot traffic from attendees coming to eat and shop. Most vendors will be located in a large upstairs ballroom, with additional vendors on the lower level.

  • The university has plenty of free parking.

  • The loading entrance is located at the back of the building, and the parking lot is at the same level as the first floor (no steps, only a curb).

  • An elevator is available to transport items to the upper and lower levels. Elevator dimensions: door width 3'5" and 7' high; interior approximately 7'5" high and 6'3" (L) by 4' (W).

  • Stairs are also available to access the upper and lower levels.

  • Load-in and load-out time slots will be scheduled to help avoid congestion.

  • Vendor Setup 

    • Wednesday, June 9, 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. (staggered loading time)

    • Thursday, June 10,  8:00 a.m. - 11:00 am (staggered loading time)

  • Vendor sales 

    • Thursday, June 10, 10:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

    • Friday, June 11, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and after the fashion show, 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.

    • Saturday, June 12, 10:00 a.m. -  5:00 p.m.

  • Vendor Tear-down

    • Sunday, June 13 (staggered load-out times)
